O Evaluate skin around tube site.
O Flush tube with water to determine if the tube may have a leak.
O Determine amount of fluid in balloon at time of placement and check fluid level in balloon.
O Refill with amount of water used at time of tube insertion.
O Contact provider to have tube exchanged for a larger tube diameter.
